Shipping policy

Order Processing All products are made to order through our production partner. Most items are processed within 2-5 business days before shipping. Processing times may vary depending on product type and seasonal demand.

Shipping Times After your order is produced, it is handed off to the carrier for delivery. Typical delivery times within the United States are 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather conditions, or destination.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the product, destination, and the rates provided by our production partner. This ensures accurate and transparent pricing for every order.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after the label is created.

Multiple Shipments If your order contains multiple items, they may be fulfilled by different production partners. This means items may arrive separately, but you will not be charged extra for split shipments.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages If your package is lost, delayed beyond normal timeframes, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@aletheiastudioco.com. We will work with our production partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping At this time, we currently ship within the United States only. International shipping options may be added in the future.
