Refund & Return Policy

At Aletheia Studio, all of our products are made to order. Because each item is printed specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. We encourage you to review product descriptions and sizing guides carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at support@aletheiastudioco.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we will make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@aletheiastudioco.com.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
